Celtics 51-Point Win Over Pacers Left NBA Fans in Disbelief

The Celtics delivered a jaw-dropping defeat to the Pacers on Wednesday night, as the Boston offense put up 155 points on Indiana in a 51-point victory.

Final score: 155-104.

Fans at the TD Garden were treated to an explosive offensive performance from the Celtics, spearheaded by a 30-point outing from superstar forward Jayson Tatum, who only played 27 minutes.

Eight of the 13 players who saw the floor for Boston had 11 or more points. As for Indiana, T.J. McConnell’s 18 points were the team-high as the Pacers shot an abysmal 13.5% from three-point range.

The Celtics’ 155 points were the second-most in a regular-season game in franchise history, per Jay King of The Athletic.

After suffering the worst loss of the young ‘23-‘24 NBA season, fans on social media were unrelenting with their mockery of the Pacers.
