Messi and his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, posted photos of the group at the Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel on Instagram.
The football heroes were tanned and invigorated as they took a break from the field.
They collaborated alongside Suarez’s sister-in-law Mariana Balbi and her partner.
On Friday, the party celebrated the striker’s birthday in Sa Ferradura, which is located just off the north shore of the Spanish island.
Messi, Antonela, and their three children Thiago, nine, Mateo, six, and Ciro, four, have been staying in a six-bedroom home on the island for £260,000 per week.
Ex-Arsenal player Fabregas and wife Daniella Semaan accompanied them, as did Atletico Madrid forward Suarez and wife Sofia Balbi, to enjoy the Spanish sun.
On Messi’s 35th birthday, 5,000 schoolchildren in his hometown of Rosario shouted “Happy Birthday” to him.
The birthday tribute was led by children from an Argentine city’s youth orchestra at the renowned National Flag Memorial near the Parana River.
The spectacular honor was broadcast on local television as part of a new episode of Mundo Leo, a program dedicated to the renowned footballer.
Former Liverpool winger Maxi Rodriguez was among others who came on screen to wish Messi a happy 35th birthday before the children sang their hearts out.
Messi is taking a summer break after winning the league with PSG.
As he began his career in the French city, the South American had a fairly dismal 2021/22 campaign.
He only had 11 goals in 35 games across all competitions, but he did have 15 assists.
PSG won Ligue 1 by a landslide, but were knocked out of the Champions League in the last 16 by eventual winners Real Madrid.
