Anthony Davis’ Injury Status For Clippers-Lakers Game

On Sunday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers.

For the game, Anthony Davis is on the injury report, but he is listed as probable, so he should be available.    

Via Underdog NBA: “Anthony Davis (ankle) probable for Wednesday.”

Davis has played in 34 games so far this season and is averaging 25.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.6 blocks per contest while shooting 55.3% from the field and 33.3% from the three-point range.  

The Lakers are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 17-19 record in their first 36 games. 

They are 2-8 over their last ten games and in the middle of a four-game losing streak. 



Most recently, the Lakers lost to Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 127-113. 

In 41 minutes of playing time, Davis had 31 points, six rebounds, four assists and two blocks while shooting 13/22 from the field. 

Following the Clippers, the Lakers will host the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday evening in Los Angeles. 

At home, the Lakers are 11-6 in 17 games. 

As for the Clippers, they are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 22-12 record in their first 34 games. 

They are in the middle of a five-game winning streak and are 8-2 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Clippers beat the New Orleans Pelicans by a score of 111-95. 

Following the Lakers, they will host Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns on Monday.
