In fact, he already owns two other properties in the area, including a luxurious two-story mansion which he purchased for $23 million prior to joining the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018. This property features eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a lift, a home theatre, a wine cellar, and even a designated cigar room. In addition to this, James also owns a beautiful 9,440-square-foot property boasting six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a formal dining room, a pool, cabana, and deck. Clearly, James has a taste for luxury when it comes to his properties in Brentwood!

While there has been speculation about the possibility of LeBron James joining the team, at least one Lakers player believes that the current roster is capable of winning a championship. According to Jovan Buha of The Athletic, Malik Beasley was acquired by the Lakers during the trade deadline. After completing a full training camp with the team, Beasley feels confident that they have what it takes to go all the way. Beasley, along with Jarred Vanderbilt and D’Angelo Russell, was traded to the Lakers as part of a three-team deal. Following the All-Star break, the Lakers went on a 16-7 run that propelled them up the standings and secured their spot in the play-in game. If this group of players had been together for the entire season, it’s possible that their record would have been even better, and they may have finished higher in the Western Conference standings. Since joining the Lakers, Beasley has averaged 11.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. He has made 39.2% of his field goals, 35.3% of his three-pointers, and 61.9% of his free throws. Although the Lakers were counting on Beasley to be a reliable shooter, he struggled with his shot and ultimately lost his starting position. As a result, he did not see any playing time during the NBA Playoffs.
