The 36-year-old will play his 10th Game 7 against the Miami Heat, becoming 4th player in NBA history to reach such a mark.

Ray Allen played in 11 Game 7s in his book, while Paul Pierce and Bill Russell took part in 10 Game 7s. Horford should join them on Monday.

Horford has a great 7-2 record in Game 7s so far. His only losses came in 2008 when Horford’s Atlanta Hawks lost against the Celtics in the Eastern Conference 1st Round and in the 2018 Eastern Conference Finals when Celtics lost against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the 2023 Playoffs, Horford averages 6.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game over 19 appearances.
