BREAKING: Damian Lillard Made NBA History In Pacers-Bucks Game

On Wednesday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks are hosting the Indiana Pacers in Wisconsin.   

During the game, Damian Lillard made NBA history by moving ahead of Kyle Korver (2,450) for fifth on the all-time three-pointers list.

Lillard entered the matchup with averages of 25.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 41.9% from the field and 35.0% from the three-point range in 21 games. 

The Bucks are 16-7 in their first 23 games, which has them as the third seed in the Eastern Conference. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Chicago Bulls (in overtime) by a score of 133-129. 

In 41 minutes of playing time, Lillard had 14 points, four rebounds, nine assists and one block while shooting 3/17 from the field and 2/9 from the three-point range.



Lillard is in his first season with the Bucks after getting traded (via the Portland Trail Blazers) over the offseason. 

The seven-time NBA All-Star had spent the first 11 years of his career with Portland. 

They made the NBA playoffs eight times and reached the Western Conference Finals in 2019. 

Over 790 regular season games, Lillard has career averages of 25.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and 37.2% from the three-point range.
