Anthony Davis’ Spin Move And Finish Is Going Viral In Lakers-Timberwolves Game

On Saturday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers are in Minnesota, facing off against the Timberwolves at the Target Center.  

During the game, Anthony Davis had an impressive highlight that got a lot of attention on social media. 

Davis was being guarded by Rudy Gobert and pulled off a fantastic spin move before finishing a layup at the rim. 

 

Davis came into the night with averages of 24.9 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.5 blocks per contest while shooting 54.8% from the field and 39.3% from the three-point range in 30 games. 

He has been on a roll as of late and scored at least 26 points in each of the last four games. 

Most recently, the Lakers defeated the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 133-112. 



In only 26 minutes of playing time, Davis had 26 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and four blocks while shooting 11/19 from the field. 

Following the Timberwolves, the Lakers will visit the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday in Louisiana.  

On the road, they are 6-11 in the 17 games they have played away from Los Angeles. 

As for the Timberwolves, they are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 23-7 record in their first 30 games.  

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Dallas Mavericks by a score of 118-110.  

 

Following the Lakers, the Timberwolves will travel to New York City to face off against the New York Knicks on Monday.
