Anthony Davis and LeBron James filmed an episode of ‘The Shop’ together during All-Star Weekend

If I gave you $100,000 to guess who LeBron James would have as his next guest on his hit HBO show, “The Shop,” you would probably pick Anthony Davis. Davis and James are both Klutch Sports clients. The Lakers of James almost traded three-quarters of their squad to the Hornets for Davis at the trade deadline, which was a crazy time of the season.

You’d be so right.

The Shop’s second season starts on March 1 on HBO. Davis will be on the show with James, Maverick Carter, Antonio Brown, Jamie Foxx, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, and Jerrod Carmichael, as well as Steelers All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown. The show was filmed in Charlotte during the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend, which was after the trade deadline. Davis stayed in New Orleans during this time.

The league doesn’t police player-to-player cheating because it’s hard to spot. Fans can still be mad about the link and make jokes about it, though.

Both James and Davis want Davis to join their teams. Davis told the media at All-Star Weekend that he would be willing to be moved to any of the 29 teams before he becomes an unrestricted free agent in 2020. This means that the Pelicans might not trade The Brow straight to the Lakers. After that, anything can happen, like becoming a free agent and signing with the Lakers.

Davis and Brown are both going through similar things. Brown is also planning to leave his present team. He has asked the Pittsburgh Steelers to move him. There are only two or three better wide receivers in the NFL, but the Steelers haven’t been able to find a way to get him.
