Coby White buys $4.8 million Lincoln Park home

This offseason, Coby White is signing a slew of deals outside of the NBA.

A house on a highly desirable block in Chicago’s Lincoln Park area was bought by the point guard for the Chicago Bulls.

The North Cleveland Avenue home, which is 7,000 square feet in size and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, sold for $4.8 million. A 2017 construction, the house was “designed with an eye toward classical architecture and the holistic integration of fine details with comfortable living,” as stated in the ad.

“The second floor offers an east facing ensuite bedroom, a handsome paneled library/office with Ralph Lauren fixtures and a luxurious primary suite with fireplace, two walk-in closets; and a spacious ensuite bath with radiant heated floors,” the property’s description states.

A heated wine room with 600 bottles, a 110-inch projection screen, and an elevator are just a few of the amenities of this five-story mansion.

White re-inked a three-year, $40 million deal with the Bulls on July 7.
